We bring together a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of disciplines, from entrepreneurship and design management to medtech and scientific regulation. Michal Shalem

 Co-founder & CEO
entrepreneurship | innovation | competitive strategy

Michal is a serial entrepreneur, and international expert in competitive strategy and innovation. She has extensive experience in venture building  and developing startup ecosystems, from idea to investment.
She loves creating spaces for systemic change in multi stakeholder arenas. 

Michal is also the co-founder and CEO of Think Creative, a boutique firm specializing in the world’s most pressing problems.

She lectures at several Universities, in MBA programs.

She previously served as Jerusalem’s Chief of Staff & led Let's Grow Israel,

developing megaplans for the growth engines for Jerusalem & Israel's periphery, together with Professor Porter from the Harvard Business School.

Michal Lebenthal Andreson, LlB

 Co-founder & CEO
design & systems thinking | partnerships | venture creator

Michal is a design manager and senior strategic leader. She has extensive experience in legal advisory and policy, alongside implementable strategy, applied design and systems thinking, innovation acceleration and startup ecosystem creation.
She loves to unpack complexity, taking challenges from ideation to venture with cross border multidisciplinary teams.

Michal is also the co-founder and CEO of Think Creative, a boutique firm specializing in the world’s most pressing problems.

She lectures at several Universities, in MBA programs.

She previously served as the Deputy Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Aliya and Integration.

Former Chief Scientist of Israel

Her unparalleled experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as her expertise in R&D, will help guide our ventures towards creating cutting-edge, impactful solutions for women's health.

Nicky Newfield

A trailblazing impact investor, Nicky is a key figure in the Impact Nation community, where she has championed investments that prioritize positive social outcomes alongside financial returns. Her deep understanding of impact entrepreneurship will be invaluable in shaping strategies that balance innovation with meaningful, sustainable change in women's health.

Dr. Michal Elovitz

Inaugural Dean, Women's Health Research and  Founding Director of the Women’s Biomedical Research Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai

is a leading international authority in women’s health. Michal has dedicated her career to addressing the unique healthcare needs of women. Her insights into scientific research and her advocacy for gender-specific healthcare solutions will be instrumental in shaping our approach to solving the pressing issues in this field.

Dr. Mitzi Krokover

CEO, Woman Centered, Managing Director, Golden Seeds,

Host, Beyond the Paper Gown podcast and a global leader in the FemTech space.

Mitzi has been at the helm of driving innovation in female health technologies. Her vast experience in scaling FemTech ventures will help ensure our initiatives not only meet real-world needs but also reach the women who need them most.
